A 65-acre business park is planned on the site of the former Rolls-Royce East Works in Filton, north Bristol.

The development, to be known as Horizon38, will include a new hotel as well as warehousing, car dealerships and industrial space.

The site fronts onto the A38 in Filton near the former Filton airfield, Airbus and Rolls-Royce.

Major groundworks will commence on site early 2016, with a phased development. The first completed buildings are expected early in 2017.
