Plans by the Peach Pub Company to launch a new 12-bedroom boutique hotel alongside the High Field gastropub they operate in Edgbaston have been approved by Birmingham City Council.

The hotel will be based at 23 Highfield Road, a Grade II-listed property built in the early 19th century which more recently has been converted into offices.

The proposed hotel is just around the corner from ‘Simpsons’ Michelin-starred restaurant and a short walk from Birmingham’s Botanical Gardens.

The High Field is a five minute drive from the centre of Birmingham.
