Hope Street Hotel and the London Carriage Works restaurant in Liverpool city centre is planning an expansion on the back of "strong year-on-year growth" – reports ‘Insider’ Magazine.

The expansion will include additional bedrooms, serviced apartments, a swimming pool and a spa.

The building currently inhabited by Hope Street Hotel was constructed in the 1860’s in the style of a Venetian palazzo. It opened as Hope Street Hotel and the London Carriage Works restaurant in 2003.

Hope Street Hotel has 89 chic, urbane bedrooms. London Carriage Works is a two AA rosette restaurant.
