Five hotels formerly part of The Hotel Collection have changed hands. They will now joined the Cairn Hotel Group. The hotels are:

The Redworth Hall Hotel, Redworth, County Durham
The Majestic Hotel, Ripon Road, Harrogate
The Old Ship Hotel, Kings Road, Brighton
The Angel Hotel, Castle Street, Cardiff
