The Cow on the Hill brand is a new restaurant concept and it will be the first one to be opened by the Kew Green Hotels group, operators of Holiday Inn Birmingham-Bromsgrove.
Diners should expect dishes made with fresh, premium cuts of meat.
Holiday Inn Birmingham-Bromsgrove has 110 bedrooms and leisure facilities including a health club with an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and fitness suite.
Conference and events space at Holiday Inn Birmingham-Bromsgrove includes the main Fairfield Suite seating up to 220 delegates theatre style plus nine smaller rooms – all with complimentary wi-fi.
Holiday Inn Birmingham-Bromsgrove is located just off the M5 motorway at junctions 4 and 5 and the M42 at junction 1.
