Dominvs Group has secured planning permission for a new 140-bedroom hotel scheme at Paradise Street in the centre of Oxford, close to the site of Oxford Castle.

The six-storey hotel will be a Courtyard by Marriott and will replace the existing Cooper Callas building on the disused industrial site. The hotel will include a restaurant and bar.

The hotel will feature a roof garden and terrace with views of Oxford Castle.

Dominvs is also working alongside Marriott converting of the former Tower Bridge Magistrates Court in central London into a luxury 200-bedroom hotel. Known as The Dixon, this hotel will be part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection
