Vintry & Mercer is a new 92 bedroom hotel set to open in 2018 in the City of London. It will be located in London’s historic trading centre, a stone’s throw from St Paul’s, the City and the Shard.

Vintry & Mercer will feature five bedroom categories and three distinct food and beverage outlets  all inspired by the history of the site – where vintners once traded their wines and mercers their  fine silks. The décor in Vintry & Mercer will pay homage to these two city guilds.

The food and beverage outlets at Vintry & Mercer will include:  ‘Vintry Kitchen’ serving Mediterranean food; Mercer Roof Terrace with views across London; and DND, (Do Not Disturb), an underground cocktail bar.

Vintry & Mercer will also feature three meeting and events spaces and a residents’ gym.

Vintry & Mercer will be operated by the team behind The Ampersand Hotel in South Kensington. It will be located at 19 – 20 Garlick Hill in London, close to Bank, Mansion House and Cannon Street tube stations.
