Macdonald Windsor Hotel has launched its new-look meetings and events spaces following a £27,000 digital up-grade.

Macdonald Windsor Hotel has installed Barco ClickShare devices in each of its seven meeting and events rooms along with large 75-inch LCD screens in three of the main meeting rooms.

The upgrades will allow delegates to connect their phones, tablets and laptops to a presentation screen wirelessly.

Conference organisers will also be allocated their own private conference wi-fi line to ensure their meetings are not slowed down.

Macdonald Windsor Hotel is a contemporary, four star, town house hotel located in the heart of Windsor overlooking Windsor Castle.

The largest events space is the Castle Suite, a fully air-conditioned room with natural daylight which will accommodate up to 145 delegates and will sub-divide into two separate suites.
