A five-storey office block near Trafalgar Square in central London is set to be converted into a 136-bedroom boutique hotel. 

The hotel - St Martins Place Hotel – will feature a fifth floor restaurant and an additional sixth level with a rooftop bar.  St Martins Place Hotel will also have retail space at ground level.

The hotel is situated at 7-8 Martins Place. 

7-8 Martins Place was built in the 1950s and is a mix of retail and office space. It adjoins the Grade II-listed St Martin’s Vicarage, Vestry and School.
