The Cow Hollow Hotel has just opened in Manchester’s Northern Quarter with 16 bedrooms.  

Cow Hollow Hotel has been funded, designed and developed by a husband and wife team.

They have fully restored a turn of the previous century textile warehouse into a boutique hotel complete with a cocktail bar and with ‘Aviary Café’ serving continental breakfast.

Expect individually designed, luxurious and quirky bedrooms with king-sized Hypnos beds, super-fast fibre optic wi-fi throughout, a Smart TV with Netflix access, music docks and large bronze rainfall showers.

Residents can also expect ‘Gourmet Breakfast Bags’delivered to the room, a ‘Prosecco Hour’ in the evening, with complimentary bubbles and snacks and complimentary hot drinks available self-service 24/7 in the Aviary Café.

Cow Hollow Hotel is located in Newton Street at the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. It is a five-minute walk from Piccadilly station and the city’s business district.
