The planned building will vary in height between eight and eleven storeys.
It will consist of 14 aparthotel suites plus a 126-bedroom full service hotel with a lounge and restaurant. Commercial units will be sited at ground level.
The new hotel will boast a prominent site located within Liverpool's World Heritage Site and behind the city’s Three Graces building (pictured).
