The hotel – Ruby Lucy – will be located on London’s Southbank close to Waterloo station. It is scheduled to open with 76 bedrooms by the end of 2019.
Ruby Lucy will be housed in a new-build property on Lower Marsh.
Ruby Hotels describe themselves as a ‘lean luxury’ brand so guests should probably expect trendy and stylish rather than over-sized bedrooms, in-house restaurants or room service.
Ruby Lucy is expected to share the building with stand-alone shops and restaurants.
