Heartwood Conferencing is a new venue which has just opened in Coalville, Leicestershire. Located in a recently refurbished three-storey modern office building, Heartwood Conferencing offers a range of meeting space.

On the ground floor the main Oak Room will accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre style, with two smaller breakout rooms or boardrooms. The Birch Room on the middle floor will accommodate up to 120 delegates theatre style. The Willow Suite on the top floor will accommodate up to 55 delegates theatre style with two small boardrooms each seating up to five people.

All rooms are equipped with a projector and screen, LED SMART television and whiteboards/flip charts. Wi-fi is free of charge throughout the building. The Oak Room also includes rear projection HD screens, full surround sound, a lectern or stage and a video and vision mixing facility – plus the services of an in-house technician.

A catering service from refreshments through to a finger buffet and a full menu is available on-site.

Heartwood Conferencing is based at Rothley House on Coalville Business Park with good access to the M1, M42 and M6 motorways.
