Firmdale Hotels will open its eighth London property, Ham Yard Hotel, in May 2014. It is situated on a three-quarter acre site in Soho and the 90-bedroom hotel will revolve around a unique outdoor public pedestrian thoroughfare. Ham Yard Hotel will have an urban village feel.

As well as the hotel bedrooms the development will also include 24 residential apartments plus a collection of 13 specialist retail stores and an airy restaurant and bar with outdoor dining. Ham Yard Hotel will feature the Soholistic Spa and Gym. There will be a 176 seat theatre/cinema with stage, green rooms and VIP balcony alongside a private event floor. Adjacent to this will be an imported 1950s Texan four-lane bowling alley with bar, lounge and dance floor.

Hotel guests will also have access to an organic rooftop garden with views of the London skyline.

Ham Yard Hotel is situated in London's Soho just behind Piccadilly Circus.
