Facilities at Kings House include a multimedia theatre that can accommodate up to 100 delegates, with adjacent breakout space plus a range of smaller boardrooms – all equipped with the latest meetings technology. There is a Viewing Suite designed for focus groups, depth interviews, training or meetings. It comprises two studios separated by a one-way mirror, with full recording capability provided by two 360° rotating cameras in each studio. Both studios also contain the latest audio visual equipment, including touch-sensitive Smart boards. Other services include a video conferencing suite.

A full catering service is available including breakfast, hot and cold lunches and refreshments throughout the day.
