Construction has started on a new £5million luxury spa at Boringdon Hall Hotel on the outskirts of Plymouth. The 1,700sq-mt spa is expected to open early in 2016 and will include 12 treatment rooms, a deep relaxation area, heat treatment facilities, a gym, a 14m swimming pool and a restaurant.

The history of Boringdon Hall stretches back to the time of the Doomsday Book. It has received a few makeovers since those days and is now a luxury manor house hotel with 40 bedrooms and suites, a variety of events spaces and two restaurants all set in manicured grounds and gardens - with complimentary wi-fi throughout.

Four main meeting rooms include the Elizabethan Suite, the largest seating up to 140 delegates theatre style, down to the Rose Room for 14 delegates boardroom style. Team building activities can be arranged in the hotel and in its grounds.

Boringdon Hall Hotel is located in Plympton, approximately ten minutes from Plymouth and within a 15 minute drive of Dartmoor.
