Ham Yard Hotel opens in the heart of Soho on 1st June 2014 with 90 individually designed bedrooms and suites plus 24 apartments. Ham Yard also includes a restaurant and bar with outdoor dining and drinking. There is a drawing room and library as well as a spa and gym, a 176 seat theatre and several private event rooms including a 1950’s Texan bowling alley. A rooftop garden will provide views across the London skyline.
Ham Yard Hotel, part of Firmdale Hotels, has been designed by Tim and Kit Kemp.  It sits on a previously deserted three-quarter acre site connecting Great Windmill and Denman Streets in Soho, just a block from Mayfair.
