A previously empty 40,000 sq-ft 1960s office block has completed a comprehensive redevelopment. It is now the 137-bedroom Ibis Styles Glasgow Centre West.
Ibis Styles Glasgow Centre West is located on the corner of Douglas Street and Waterloo Street in the city centre. It joins its sister hotel - Ibis Styles Glasgow Centre George Square.
The hotel’s design pay tribute to Glasgow’s musical connections and history with nods to the musical greats who have graced Glasgow’s stages in the past.
Ibis Styles Glasgow Centre West also boasts the ‘rehearsal studio’ bar and a ground-floor Tinderbox coffee shop.

The new hotel, which will be branded Clayton Hotel Aldgate London, is expected to be completed towards the end of this year.
Clayton Hotel Aldgate London will have 212 bedrooms with a restaurant and bar plus access to a fitness centre.
Clayton Hotel Aldgate London will be close to the City of London. The area is also set to be further enhanced with the opening of two new Crossrail stations at Liverpool Street and Whitechapel in December 2018.

Dalata is planning to open a new Maldron-branded hotel in the Circle Square mixed development site on Oxford Road; the site of the former BBC headquarters in Manchester.
The new Maldron Hotel would have 276 bedrooms plus a restaurant and bar plus meeting and events facilities.
Subject to planning approval from Manchester City Council, it is possible that the Maldron Hotel could open in the first half of 2021.
Dalata Hotel Group already operate a Clayton Hotel at Manchester International Airport. The group is also currently developing a new 17-storey, 329-bedroom hotel under the same brand in Portland Street in centre of Manchester.

Mercure Leeds Centre is located in the heart of the Leeds financial quarter.
Mercure Leeds Centre will have 59 bedrooms and a restaurant called ‘Loom’ in recognition of the area’s roots as a site for wool warehouses in the late 1800s.
