The George Hotel in the heart of Edinburgh is approaching the end of its multi million pound refurbishment programme.
Every aspect of the hotel’s interior – from the bedrooms and suites to public areas, meeting rooms and through to the restaurant – is benefitting from the renovation.
New features include The Printing Press Bar & Kitchen, a new destination bar and restaurant serving seasonal Scottish produce. There is a new coffee shop - Burr & Co .
Refurbishment of all 249 bedrooms should be completed in the early New Year. All will feature modern en-suite facilities, a plasma TV with cable and movies on demand, and wi-fi available.
