The Royal Crescent Hotel and Spa in Bath expects to complete its multi-million pound refurbishment programme by the end of April 2014.

The restoration of the Grade 1-listed building has respected the property's Georgian roots whilst adding the latest communications and entertainment technology. The ten bedrooms in the Dower House underwent the first phase of renovation. The public areas of the Dower House have also been re-designed and the Montagu Bar created. The 3AA-rosette Dower House Restaurant has a new, elegant and sophisticated décor.

The gymnasium in the Spa has been extended incorporating full TechnoGym equipment. There has also been a complete re-design of the reception area and treatment rooms.
All 45 bedrooms and bathrooms will have been completely renovated and individually decorated. All will be air conditioned and will be equipped with iPod docking stations. Each room will features a contemporary design alongside antique furniture and the original architectural features.

Meeting facilities at the Royal Crescent Hotel include the lower ground floor Sheridan Room overlooking, and with direct access to, the courtyard. The Library is available for small meetings or private dining for up to 12 guests. Lady Sophina, the hotel’s 1920s river launch is available for up to six guests – for a meeting with a difference.

The Royal Crescent Hotel is situated at the centre of Bath’s Royal Crescent. There is complimentary parking for residents. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the city centre and Bath Spa station.
