Flat Cap Hotels has completed a refurbishment of the Grade II-listed Vicarage Freehouse and Rooms in Cheshire. Vicarage Freehouse and Rooms is a countryside hotel located just outside the village of Holmes Chapel.
The Vicarage has undergone a comprehensive makeover. It now features a pub and large restaurant featuring locally sourced produce, a games room, a conservatory and a library as well as 20 deluxe bedrooms.
Future plans for the Vicarage include additional bedrooms, a spa and leisure club and more conference facilities.
Flat Cap Hotels is owned by two brothers, Dominic and Oliver Heywood. They are looking to acquire a further two hotels this year and have a strategy to operate five hotels under the Flat Cap Hotels brand by 2018.
