Mercure Leeds Centre is set to open this September. The hotel was formerly the New Ellington Hotel.
Mercure Leeds Centre is located in the heart of the Leeds financial quarter.
Mercure Leeds Centre will have 59 bedrooms and a restaurant called ‘Loom’ in recognition of the area’s roots as a site for wool warehouses in the late 1800s.
Yorkshire textiles and products will feature throughout the hotel with chairs upholstered with suit jackets and collectibles reminiscent of a traditional tailor shop.
Mercure Leeds Centre will also feature a bar/lounge, a coffee shop/café plus two meeting rooms and free wi-fi throughout.
Mercure Leeds Centre is located in York Place in the centre of Leeds around a ten-minute walk from Leeds Central station.
