Warwick Conferences plan to open their new event space - The Canvas - in autumn 2016.

The Canvas is a contemporary, flexible event and exhibition space encompassing 650 square metres of flat floor. It will incorporate an integrated AV system and fast, free wi-fi.

The Canvas will be a blank canvas and available on a single customer only basis. Menus will be designed to provide delegates with choice and flexibility.

The Canvas will accommodates up to 350 delegates in a lakefront location, adjacent to Scarman and Radcliffe, the existing training and conference venues at Warwick Conferences.

Guests at The Canvas will have access to Warwick Conferences’ 358 hotel-style bedrooms at the Scarman and Radcliffe conference centres as well as access to the Warwick University sports facilities including the gym, pool and sauna.

Warwick Conferences is located on the outskirts of Coventry with excellent access to the Midlands motorway network including the M6, M40, M42 and M69. It is around a 15 minute drive from Coventry station.
