Property developers, Bruntwood, have unveiled plans for new work and events space in Manchester. Work has already started on-site to redevelop the former Bank House, a 15-storey building on the corner of Portland Street and Charlotte Street in central Manchester
The £8million redevelopment is due for completion at the end of 2016. It will be called ‘neo’ deriving from the Greek word ‘neonate’ meaning a fresh, new, revived form.
Neo will contain co-working spaces, event spaces, private studios, a communal lounge and kitchen, a ground-floor digital art space plus a roof terrace with a weatherproof meeting pod.
Neo is a five minute walk from both Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Oxford Road stations.
