The Atlantic Tower Hotel and the Haydock Park Hotel, two former Thistle Hotels in Merseyside, have just rebranded as Mercure Hotels by their new operator - Amaris Hospitality.

Both hotels are set to undergo a refurbishment.

Mercure Haydock Hotel (pictured) is a Georgian-style hotel set in its own grounds with 135 bedrooms and seven meeting and banqueting rooms accommodating from 12 to 300 delegates. It is located just off the M6 at junction 23, its junction with the A599 ‘East Lancs’ road.

Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel is located in the heart of Liverpool with 225 bedrooms. It is opposite the Royal Liver Building and the Cruise Terminal, a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street station.
