The new-build Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre Hotel opens April 2016 with 298 bedrooms.
The bedroom will feature a modern décor, air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wi-fi and a Smart HD television.
Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre Hotel will feature Holiday Inn's new lobby concept - a relaxed, flowing space combining hotel reception, restaurant, lounge, business centre and a Starbucks.
The hotel will have ten meeting rooms with the largest accommodating up to 140 delegates. There will also be an on-site residents-only gym.
Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre Hotel is located in Aytoun Street, a two minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station on one side and Piccadilly Gardens and central Manchester on the other.
