Owners of the four-star 26-bedroom Oak Royal Hotel, Golf and Country Club in Withnell near Chorley, Lancashire are planning to add a further six bedrooms to the property.

The Oak Royal Hotel started life as converted farm buildings. In 2007 a nine-hole golf course opened followed by a restaurant and café in the club house plus a coarse- and fly-fishing lake. The Oak Royal Hotel followed, opening in August 2015.

Bedrooms in the Oak Royal Hotel are individually designed in a modern contemporary style equipped with a flat-screen television, air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi. 

Oak Royal Hotel is home to Lark Hill Restaurant, alongside the Bubbles Lounge Bar and Sportman Bar.

Oak Royal Hotel has two ground floor meeting rooms:  The Jubilee Suite seating 50 delegates theatre style and the Boardroom seating 14 delegates.

Oak Royal Hotel is situated in 25 acres of farmland overlooking the Pendle Hills in central Lancashire. It is a couple of minutes drive from the M61 and M65 motorways.
