Detailed plans have been unveiled for redevelopment of the Headingley Stadium complex in Leeds, home of Yorkshire County Cricket Club and Leeds Rhinos.
The capacity of the cricket ground section of the stadium will be expanded beyond its 17,500 seats. Corporate facilities will be extended including a new banqueting suite and refurbishment of the Taverners Suite and a new direct link from the Premier Suite to the stand.
The two clubs are now embarking on a consultation process with an exhibition running between 8th and 15th February, with a feedback period open until 16th February 2016.
Funding for the scheme will be provided from a combination of public and private funding including Yorkshire County Cricket Club and Leeds Rhinos.
