Reading Football Club is planning a new development to sit alongside its Madejski Stadium. It will include a convention centre, a 250-bedroom hotel, retail space and leisure facilities.
The convention centre, to be called The International, will have a capacity for 6,000 delegates. It is also planned to host live entertainment.
The project named Royal Elm Park has just been submitted to the planning authorities at Reading Borough Council.
