Bespoke Hotels has formed a partnership with Staying Cool, the operators of serviced apartments. The new partnership aims to expand the Staying Cool brand in Britain and beyond.

Joint development of new sites is also under consideration as either dedicated aparthotels or mixed use sites combining both hotel and serviced apartment elements.

Bespoke Hotels is a mid-size, independent hotel management company. The group was formed in 2000 and they now operate a management portfolio of over 9,500 UK hotel rooms.

Staying Cool was formed in 2005. They operate serviced apartments in Birmingham’s Rotunda building which sits alongside the Bull Ring, Grand Central and New Street Station in the city centre.
