Conversion begins at the end of June in Manchester to convert Bradley House in the city’s Northern Quarter into a 114-bedroom easyHotel.
Bradley House, also known as the ‘Flatiron’ building in view of its shape, is a Grade II-listed former shipping warehouse. The building will be restored with new windows to the ground and lower ground floors. The original facades will be restored.
easyHotels continues its strategy of targeting the "super budget" sector of the hotel industry by marketing "clean, comfortable and safe" hotel rooms. easyHotel currently has three owned hotels comprising 390 bedrooms, and a further 17 franchised hotels with approximately 1,400 bedrooms.
easyHotel Manchester will be located at the junction of Dale Street and Newton Street, an approximately ten minute walk from both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations.
