Spring 2015 is the projected opening date for the new King Street Townhouse hotel in Manchester city centre. King Street Townhouse with 40 bedrooms is the latest development from Manchester-based Eclectic Hotels.
King Street Townhouse is a converted Grade II-listed building which dates back to 1872. It was formerly the Manchester and Salford Savings Bank. Plans for the new hotel include a restaurant and bar, event space for up to 170 delegates as well as a rooftop spa and terrace. There are plans for additional conference and event space plus a rooftop spa pool, treatment rooms and fitness facilities.
Other hotels in Eclectic Group include Great John Street also in central Manchester plus Didsbury House and Eleven Didsbury Park in south Manchester.
