Construction work has now started on site on the new £333million Exhibition and Conference Centre in Aberdeen.
The project, which will be funded by Aberdeen City Council, is located on the 130 acre former Rowett Research Institute site adjacent to Aberdeen International Airport.
The Conference Centre will include a 12,500 capacity performance venue, extensive covered exhibition halls, 2,500 parking spaces plus a four-star 200-bedroom Hilton branded hotel.
The development also includes plans for another 150-bedroom hotel operated under the Aloft brand.
The new Exhibition and Conference Centre in Aberdeen is expected to be completed in 2019.
