Hampton Manor country house hotel in Hampton in Arden, Solihull has just been awarded a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide for 2017.
The restaurant, Peel's at Hampton Manor, which also boasts a four AA rosette rating, is led by head chef Rob Palmer.
Peel’s at Hampton Manor joins seven other Michelin starred venues in the region, including five in Birmingham. Carters of Moseley, which secured a star last year and retained it, as did Simpsons, Purnells, Turners and Adam's.
Hampton Manor has fifteen bedrooms and was originally built as a home for the Peel family.
Meeting facilities at Hampton Manor include Sir Fredrick Peel’s former library now an oak panelled boardroom plus the main Courtyard. The Courtyard which can accommodate from 15 to 180 guests also has a private terrace and garden area.
Hampton Manor is located between the centre of Solihull and the NEC site, Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham International Station. It is a five minute drive to each and two minutes to the M42 at junction 6.
