Motel One plans next Manchester expansion

The Motel One hotel group has identified a site in St Peter's Square in the centre of Manchester for its planned third hotel in the city. The hotel will be on the site of Peterloo House in Dickinson Street.

Motel One Manchester St Peter’s Square will have 328 bedrooms. Subject to planning approval, construction is expected to start in spring 2017.

The first Motel One to open in Manchester was Motel One Manchester Piccadilly with 330 bedrooms located in London Road facing Manchester Piccadilly station.

The second will be Motel One Manchester Cross Street which is currently under construction and expected to open May 2017 with 298 bedrooms.
