The Forum, Banqueting and Conference Centre is a new purpose-built facility opening in the centre of Stevenage late April 2014. The Forum will accommodate up to 625 people.

It is fully air-conditioned and sound proofed with a modern, stylish décor, LED lighting and the latest events technology.  It is designed for corporate events, exhibitions as well as weddings and dinner dances.  The Forum has a fully equipped kitchen and is available for self-catered events.

The Forum, Banqueting and Conference Centre is adjacent to the Ibis Hotel Stevenage with 98 refurbished rooms each air-conditioned with a king-size bed, a shower room and free wi-fi throughout.

The Forum, Banqueting and Conference Centre is located in central Stevenage, adjacent the main line station with trains to London Kings Cross (20 minute to London). There is good access to the A1M junctions 7 and 8 and it is 13 miles from London Luton Airport.
