A plan to transform Luton’s former Vauxhall car plant into a £300million leisure and residential scheme has been approved. The scheme – ‘Napier Gateway Luton’ – will be a mixed-use development.
Napier Gateway Luton will feature a 200-bedroom hotel complex, medical centre, retail and leisure piazza, a public park and 685 private apartments. It will also feature the Luton’s tallest tower at 22 storeys.
Napier Gateway Luton is located on the edge of the town centre, just across the road from Luton Airport Parkway station.
