The new 19-storey hotel development in Manchester has just celebrated its ‘topping out’.
The development is set to include a new 212-bedroom Crowne Plaza plus a 116-bedroom Staybridge Suites.
They are both located on Oxford Road in Manchester’s University quarter.
The project forms as part of a wider redevelopment of the Business School for the University of Manchester on Booth Street West. The new hotels will adjoin the two-storey Executive Education Centre, providing a new home for the school's corporate leadership and management programmes.
The scheme is scheduled for overall completion in early 2018.
