Harbour Hotel and Spa group continue to expand. The group has just been granted full approval to open a new 60-bedroom hotel in Torquay harbour in Devon.
Torbay Council Development Management Committee gave the go-ahead to the plans this week.
The new four/five-storey hotel will be sited on the Torquay harbour-side. The existing Grade II-listed Pavilion will be refurbished and house the new hotel reception, restaurants, meeting facilities and spa.
A new four or five storey building alongside will provide the bedroom accommodation and will be linked to the main building by a ‘bedroom bridge’.
Harbour Hotels and Spa have recently open in Bristol and the group open their next hotel in Southampton (pictured) in summer 2017.
