Dane Tree House is a new visitor centre which has recently opened at the Henry Moore Studios and Gardens in Hertfordshire.
Dane Tree House is designed to celebrate the life and work of Henry Moore. It boasts sleek, modern rooms with panoramic views over the gardens.
The centre includes a shop and a café; an interpretation space for education and events and also meeting rooms.
The centre’s sculpture garden attraction has also been upgraded.
Dane Tree House is primarily a wedding venue with its own dedicated in-house wedding planner. However the meeting rooms are also available for private corporate hire.
The entire Henry Moore archive is now being housed under one roof for the first time. A former residential property on the estate is being redeveloped especially for the purpose. It contains an oak reading room; six climate controlled rooms and project space.
Henry Moore Studios and Gardens are located in the hamlet of Perry Green in rural Hertfordshire, less than 30 miles from central London, close to Hertford, Bishop’s Stortford and Stansted Airport.
