Holiday Inn Express Manchester-TraffordCity is constructed entirely from steel shipping containers.

The purpose-built containers were delivered complete with interior fixtures and fittings, full height windows, carpet, wallpaper, ceiling and light fittings – and then assembled on site. It is the first 'modular' hotel in the north-west.

Holiday Inn Express Manchester-TraffordCity offers an inclusive hot and cold breakfast. The Express Café & Bar offers all day food options. Wi-fi is free throughout the hotel. Leisure facilities include a mini gym.

Holiday Inn Express Manchester TraffordCity has three air-conditioned ground floor meeting rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Each is equipped with a plasma screen or interactive white board. The largest room will seat up to 20 delegates theatre style.

Holiday Inn Express Manchester TraffordCity is located next to EventCity in Manchester and will also serve the whole of Salford Quays. It is easily accessible from the M6, M62, M56 and M60 motorways with complimentary parking for guests.

A planned extension to TfGM Metrolink will provide a direct tram service into central Manchester in future.
