Serviced apartment operator, Staying Cool, has just unveiled plans for a new 41-unit apartment hotel in Manchester - planned to open in 2018.
Staying Cool Manchester will be located in Chorlton Street, within the Whitworth Street / Princess Street Conservation Area. It will see the regeneration of a former cotton warehouse that has been empty for several years.
The Staying Cool Manchester development will feature design-led apartments and will include a new roof top extension.
Staying Cool Manchester will be the first scheme in the company’s joint partnership with Bespoke Hotels, announced last year. The partnership should result in a Staying Cool brand roll-out across the UK.
Currently Staying Cool has a 45-room aparthotel on the top floors of Birmingham’s Rotunda building in the Bull Ring alongside the new Grand Central development in the city centre.
