A major £3million refurbishment is set to start at the White Horse Hotel in Dorking, Surrey.
Plans include adding 16 new bedrooms as well as a comprehensive remodelling of the restaurant, bar, events and public spaces.
The White Horse Hotel will close on 17th July 2017 and is expected to reopen in November when the refurbishment work should be completed.
The White Horse Hotel is an 18th century coaching inn featuring log fires and low ceiling beams. It has 41 classically decorated bedrooms, a restaurant, bar and three meeting rooms – the largest accommodating up to 50 guests.
The White Horse hotel is located in the Surrey market town of Dorking, less than an hour from central London.
