Dublin-based aparthotel operator, Staycity, has announced details of its new brand: Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity.
The brand taps into its Irish heritage by taking its name from Oscar Wilde, the Irish poet and playwright.
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity will include the latest in-room technology including a 43" flat screen smart TV and touch control panels for lighting, air conditioning, towel rails and blinds. Features include extra-large beds and rainfall showers.
The studio and deluxe studios have fully equipped kitchenettes with a Nespresso machine. All rooms will be fitted with a Handy guest smartphone device offering free local and international phone calls to selected destinations.
The apartments will also feature solid oak flooring, handmade joinery and bespoke artwork.
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity will be rolled out across gateway city centre locations throughout Europe. The first will open this autumn on The Strand in the centre of London.
This will be followed by properties in Edinburgh and Manchester.
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity - The Strand will have 106 studios and deluxe studios over eight floors including three penthouse studios. It will not be far from the Oscar Wilde memorial in London.
