Principal Hotel Company has just launched its new meetings and events product – Smart Space.
Smart Space is comprised of nine service features which together have been designed to offer a responsive, personalized meetings and events service.
Smart Space will be rolled out across the portfolio in a phased approach.
Smart Space’s features cover everything from a live availability booking service to healthy, nutritional menus through to a full on-site technical support team with up to 1Gb super-fast wi-fi.
The Smart Space experience will be available for all meetings, large and small, across the group’s portfolio.
Smart Space is already available at De Vere Beaumont Estate, De Vere Latimer Estate, De Vere Wotton House, De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, Principal Manchester, Principal York (pictured above), Principal Edinburgh George Street and Principal Edinburgh Charlotte Square. It will be rolled out across further properties in the portfolio in the coming months.
