New Owners at QHotels

 

The QHotels group has just changed hands in a £525million deal. Aprirose are the hotels new owners.

Q hotels are located mainly in the major UK cities with properties including the Queens Hotel in Leeds and The Midland in Manchester (pictured).

The group portfolio comprises 26 hotels in total with 3,680 beds. It is made up of a variety of hotels which also includes spa hotels and golf resorts.

New owners plan to further develop the portfolio and increase the number of beds available. They have appointed Redefine|BDL Hotels to manage the hotels.
