The owner of a League Two football club Mansfield Town FC in Nottinghamshire is considering the possibility of building a new hotel at their stadium.
John Radford, who owns Mansfield Town FC, is looking at developing part of the One Call Stadium on land which is currently used as a car park.
It follows a decision by the local council to reject his plan for a new hotel on the site of the old bus station in the centre of Mansfield..
It is thought that an "internationally branded hotel" will both benefit the town of Mansfield as well as making Mansfield Town FC "self-sufficient".
