Manchester's Grade II-listed former Freemasons Hall reopens this week as Manchester Hall following completion of a multimillion-pound restoration programme.
Manchester Hall is now a versatile conference venue which will host conference, exhibitions, meetings, workshops and training sessions for groups between 20 and 200 delegates.
All meeting spaces will be equipped with the latest technology with reliable high-speed wi-fi throughout, professional audio and visual equipment, ICT and PA equipment.
The former Freemasons Hall dates from 1929. The developers have worked alongside English Heritage on its renovation and refurbishment. Hence the building’s period details including pillars, oak panelling and intricate plasterwork as well as the building’s unique 'floating staircase' have all been retained and enhanced.
Masons Restaurant Bar on the ground floor at Manchester Hall officially opens on 3 November.
The building's rooftop terrace, expected to be the largest in Manchester, is scheduled to open early in 2018.
Manchester Hall is located in Bridge Street, Spinningfields close to Deansgate in the centre of Manchester. Manchester Hall is within easy walking distance of: Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester Oxford Road and Manchester Victoria stations.
