The property is a mixed-use development comprising 172 apartments, 62 of which are operated as The Light Aparthotel.
The Light Aparthotel is arranged across 19 floors of the building and features large, fully equipped studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments plus a range of penthouse suites including the Platinum Penthouse Suite with a private roof terrace and hot tub.
Facilities include a fitness centre, a lounge, car and bicycle parking facilities, complimentary wi-fi and a housekeeping service.
Supercity now plan to refurbish the units and relaunch The Light Aparthotel in 2018.
The Light is located in Church Street overlooking Piccadilly Gardens in the centre of Manchester on the edge of city’s Northern Quarter.
Supercity Aparthotels operate three properties in London. The Light Aparthotel is the group’s first venture outside the Capital.
