At least four new hotels will be opening in central Manchester in the next few months – details below.
These follow two new conference, meeting and events venues which opened in the closing months of 2017. First, the meeting and conference venues:

etc Venues Manchester is located on the eighth floor of a recently refurbished office block in Portland Street, a five-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station.
etcVenues Manchester comprises three wings all located on the one floor.
The training room wing features a selection of small and large meeting rooms.
A ‘relaxation and refreshment’ wing at the front of the building has panoramic views over Portland Street and Manchester city centre.
A major conference and events wing is the third component. This space can be configured to suit a wide range of events and exhibitions. It also has its own ground floor entrance.

Manchester Hall is located in Bridge Street.
This neo-classical building was formerly the Freemasons’ Hall. It features stylish old-fashioned rooms with oak panelling, parquet flooring, floor to ceiling windows. It also boasts the only cantilever central staircase in the UK.
Masons Restaurant Bar is located on the ground floor of Manchester Hall, serving modern English cuisine.
On the remainder of the ground floor and the two floors above there are eleven meeting rooms of differing sizes – all with their original classical design and décor intact and simply ‘refreshed’.
A 200-capacity roof garden is scheduled to open summer 2018 at Manchester Hall.

Cow Hollow Hotel:
Cow Hollow Hotel has just opened in Newton Street in Manchester’s Norther Quarter.
Cow Hollow Hotel is housed in a renovated late nineteenth century textile warehouse. The hotel has 16 bedrooms plus The Plantation Bar and the Aviary Café.
Expect a kingsize Hypnos bed, free super-fast fibre optic wi-fi, a Smart TV with NETFLIX access, a music dock, a rainfall shower, a gourmet breakfast bag and a Prosecco hour in the evening, with complimentary bubbles & snacks.

Roomzzz Manchester Corn Exchange
Roomzzz open their second aparthotel in Manchester in the city’s refurbished Grade II-listed Corn Exchange Building on 12thFebruary 2018.
Roomzzz Manchester Corn Exchange will have 114 apartments on the upper floors of the Corn Exchange building, each with retained period features including bare brick walls.
All apartments will be furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen.
On site facilities include a 24-hour shop ‘Essentialzzz’, a complimentary ‘grab and go’ breakfast and a gym.
Roomzzz Manchester Corn Exchange is located in Exchange Street a couple of minutes’ walk from Manchester Victoria station and the National Football Museum.

Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites – Manchester Oxford Road
The Crowne Plaza and Staybridge Suites will be housed in a dual-branded 19-storey building located just off Manchester’s Oxford Road.
The building includes the 212-bedroom Crowne Plaza – Manchester Oxford Road and the 116-room Staybridge Suites – Manchester Oxford Road.
Crowne Plaza – Manchester Oxford Road will have a 120-cover restaurant, seven meeting rooms and a gym - from the ground floor up to the eleventh floor.
Staybridge Suites – Manchester Oxford Road will have a mix of 116 studio and one bedroom suites located on the upper eight floors.
Both hotels are taking bookings from early May 2018.

Stock Exchange Hotel
Stock Exchange Hotel is the brainchild of former Manchester United football stars Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs.
They have redeveloped Manchester’s historic Stock Exchange building, complete with its feature central dome, into a 40-bedroom boutique hotel with two restaurants.
Stock Exchange Hotel is located in Norfolk Street in central Manchester and is due to open in late spring 2018.
Stock Exchange Hotel will join an expanding group of hotel and leisure interests that also includes Hotel Football which opened in 2015 opposite Old Trafford Football Stadium.
